We use data to: Evaluate financing eligibility, structure capital solutions, source funding from lenders, and comply with the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006.
4. Disclosure of Information
We may share data with Lending Partners (Banks, Private Funds), Service Providers (Appraisers, Lawyers), and Regulatory Bodies (FSRA, FINTRAC) to secure your financing.
